COLLEGE HILL RESIDENTIAL HOME
As a residential home our main aim is to support our service users stay active and involved, while supporting their independence in everyday activities and needs.
We offer support to adults who need supported care, suffering from mental health needs and/or senior adults.
College Hill takes pride in offering a range of facilities and service to manage the individual challenges that each service user has, and tailors a person-centred approach and care for them respectively.
We have an excellent set of experienced and truly caring team to support our service users with their everyday assistance in their needs, delicious food preparation, support in the outside community and the range of activities we organise for the service users.
WHO WE ARE
C & K Healthcare Ltd was established in December 2012 by two well-experienced and trained directors who have been working in the healthcare sector for over 20 years. College Hill Residential Home was the first of the care homes, setting a precedent for the following homes to follow.
College Hill specialises in providing care for both elderly adults and for adults who suffer from mental health illnesses and/or require additional support in their everyday life.
For an elderly adult living at College Hill, we aim to fully support the service user whilst also upholding their independence and dignity. We recognise that the later years of life can be especially challenging, but College Hill aims to make these later years as easy and comfortable for our service users. We listen to the needs of our residents and created person-centred approaches for each service user, and make that effort for the service user to feel at home. We offer a range of different food, engage in different activities and provide that overall warming care.
For a younger adult with mental health illness or need for supported care, College Hill provides that key service to enable that their experience of life is made as easy as possible. We encourage independence and engagement in everyday activities, whilst also ensuring full care and support is given.
All service users are provided with a beautiful and spacious room with an en-suite and well-furnished to enable the service user to have that feeling of homeliness. And all of the service user's needs for their individual bedroom will be met by the staff - including religious areas, TV and entertainment areas.

OUR EXOTIC AND DELICIOUS FOOD
At College Hill we take pride in our food!
We offer a range of menu choices throughout the month, catering to the personal needs and personal choices of each service user.
We take that extra step in making everyone feel like College Hill is their home by offering meals such as Friday Fish 'n' Chips, Weekly International Meals, Meat-free vegetarian meals.
The elegant desert on the right, is an example of what College Hill can provide to their service users, making sure that they have a sweet and also healthy pudding to have.
All individuals who prepare food within the Home have undergone suitable training as per CQC requirements and regulations, and continue to uphold Safe Food Preparation at all times.
ACTIVITIES AND FUN
Throughout the day, service users are always busy in engaging with different activities and fun times. College Hill ensures all service user's needs are met, which includes engagement with activities such as puzzles, Bingo, light-dance and Zumba classes.
In addition, we assist our service users with engaging into the outside community and assist them with going to local shops to purchase food, clothes, etc. We also assist our service users with going to local theatres to watch shows, to local religious places if they wish to, and much more.
We host in-home parties and celebrations for birthdays, key events throughout the year and even our annual Christmas party. Throughout the year the service users will be kept busy with whatever they wish to do, whilst also creating that joyful feeling throughout the home.
At College Hill Residential Home, we ensure that all of our residents are kept safe, well fed and have an overall unique experience with us.
